Custom Made Flat Cats - Door Screens

Door Screen Options:

You have a number of options when ordering a door screen from us and it is important to understand these. If you have any doubt please call us on 01526 341186.

Option 1 - Standard Door Screen - A single screen which can be up to 168cm wide (no restriction on height)
Option 2 - Door Screen with a "hook and loop" joint in the middle. This enables you to have a screen to cover a wider opening (up to 320cm). This is made with two screens joined together in the middle with a hook and loop strip. This feature costs an extra £10.
Option 3 - Door Screen with a Zip in the centre. The zip makes going in and out a lot easier. Available on all screens up to 320cm width. This feature costs an extra £25
Option 4 - Door Screen with a Zip offset 25cm from the left edge. You may want your zip to be over on the left side of your screen to make getting at the handle that much easier. If your handle is on the left (as you view it from inside the house) then this option may be for you.
Option 5 - Door Screen with a Zip offset 25cm from the right hand edge. You may want your zip to be over on the right side of your screen to make getting at the handle that much easier. If your handle is on the right (as you view it from inside the house) then this option may be for you.

Flat Cats are available in Standard, Custom, Small Custom and Door Screen sizes. It is important to know which Flat Cat is best for your window to ensure a good fit.

At Flat Cats the safety of your cat is our primary concern. While Flat Cats provide an effective protection for most cats we all know that some cats are very aggressive. Flat Cats are very strong but it is unwise to use Flat Cats in the following circumstances.

1. If you cat is very aggressive and has a tendency to climb at will.
2. If you have kittens - Flat Cats are designed for cats of over 2-3 years old who have a gentle nature. Kittens will be expected to climb and can get into and through very small gaps. Do not use Flat Cats if you have kittens.
